Services

LeverageOps provides AI-powered operations consulting services for small and medium businesses, including but not limited to:

• Financial reporting automation and dashboard creation
• Lead response optimization
• Lead reactivation campaigns

Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in separate service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant appropriate access to systems and tools required for implementation
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their business. LeverageOps retains ownership of:

• Proprietary methodologies and frameworks
• Pre-existing templates and tools
• General knowledge and expertise

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.

Limitation of Liability

LeverageOps provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeverageOps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
